Sinigang by Marie Aubrey J. Villaceran

Moral Value:

The story ” Sinigang ” shows a great moral values. The lesson I learned from the story is we all commit mistakes. Affairs from other people can broke home, like the story ” Sinigang ” which tells how Liza handle her situation when she was sent in the funeral of his stepbrother though she didn’t want to. In that situation she learn how to forgive her father even if her father leave and cjoose his mistress. If we are able to forgive ourselves we can also learn on how to forgive other people’s mistake.

IMPACT OF THUS STORY TO ME AS A 21st LEARNER:

As a 21st learner, this topic about extramarital affair is not new to me because nowadays most families experienced extramarital affair. As I read the story , I somehow relate to how Liza was feeling all throughout the story. Cheating is unfair to others. It is very frustrating when you experience it. It is very painful to the family especially children , it will leave a bruise , they will overthink that will last forever so I really hope that this thing will end.

Healthy Weeknight Meals

Cooking can sometimes feel like a chore at the end of a busy day. It’s often tempting to throw a ready meal in the oven or call for take out. But preparing a simple and healthy family meal doesn’t have to be hard or time-consuming. Here are some quick wholesome dishes that you and your family will love. They can even be prepared in advance.

Breakfast at my House

During the week we’re often walking out the door with a coffee in one hand and slice of toast in the other, but on weekends breakfast is never rushed. It’s a late affair, sometimes spilling over to lunch, with lots of reading and chatter in between courses of fruits, poached eggs, honey and toast. One of our favorite things we like to serve when friends are visiting are buckwheat blueberry pancakes.
